If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at ajoova@ajoova.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we’ll be happy to update the address. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.

We offer a 5-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered. To return an item, it must be in unused and original condition, and we require an unboxing video for verification purposes. The video should clearly show the condition of the item and packaging. If approved, we will arrange a pickup with our courier partners. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days.

Once we verify the product, we will approve the return and arrange for the product to be picked up. Please allow a few days for processing and return shipment.

No, we don't offer exchanges of the item once it shipped.

We will request a photo or video of the damage, and depending on the issue, we’ll either issue a replacement or a full refund. Please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched. To cancel, simply email us at ajoova@ajoova.com with your order number. After the 24-hour window or once your order has been shipped, we unfortunately can’t accommodate cancellations.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. You can expect your refund to appear in your account within 7 to 15 business days after your return is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
